Mr. Mohammed Al Issa is a leader with distinguished professional experience and a career that has held several leadership positions with more than 10 years of experience.
He has managed many administrative and technical projects. Mr. Mohammed is currently a board member and CEO of Sure Global Tech.
Mr. Mohammed holds a master’s degree in business administration from Central Missouri University in the Occupational Safety Administration of the United States of America, as well as a master’s degree in business administration from Babson University in the United States.
Mr. Raafat Al Sawy is a distinguished professional leader with over 30 years of experience, during which he has held several leadership positions in various banks and financial services companies.
He has extensive expertise in investment banking, corporate finance, and investment management, having worked at HSBC Bank, National Arab Bank, Rasmala Investment Company, Al-Rajhi Bank, and Alinma Investment Bank. He also worked at EFG Holding and Odin Financial Investments Group.
Mr. Raafat Al Sawy has successfully completed Level I and Level II of the CFA Institute examinations and is currently pursuing a PhD at The Arab Academy for Management, Banking, and Financial Sciences. He holds a bachelor’s degree in foreign trade from Helwan University in Egypt and has obtained various professional courses and certifications.
Mr. Abdulrahman Al Mazrou has extensive experience in the field of food industries. He worked at Wardat Al Mashreq Food Company as a Supply Chain Manager, Business Development Manager, and the Director of Operations.
He is currently the CEO at Wardat Al Mashreq Food Company.
Mr. Abdulrahman Al-Mazrou holds a bachelor’s degree in the industrial engineering from King Saud University.
Mr. Ahmed Al-Qasabi is an experienced leader with over 8 years of experience. He has worked at KPMG for over four years and currently works at Sukuk Financial as a board member and CEO in addition to his work at Manafaa Crowdfunding as a Director of Investment Operations.
Mr. Ahmed also serves as a member of the Audit Committee at Manafaa Crowdfunding Company, Technical Company for the Settlement of Technology and Rizm Investment Company.

Mr. Khaled El Ansary is a seasoned financial services expert with over 25 years of experience in Asset Management, Brokerage, Private Banking, Venture Capital, and Fixed Income Investment Management. Known for his strategic advisory acumen, he specializes in developing innovative partnerships and securing funding for early-stage ventures.
He has successfully managed Venture Capital funds, overseeing all phases from launch to strategic exits, and has served as a mentor to startups and family offices. His career includes significant roles such as Portfolio Manager and Head of the Trading Desk at Acumen Asset Management, and similar positions at Prime Asset Management, where he began in Middle East Sales with EFG Hermes Brokerage.
Mr. El Ansary's contributions extend to renowned firms like EFG Hermes Holding and Prime Investment Company in Egypt. He holds a Bachelor's in Accounting from Ain Shams University, CME-5 certification, and several advanced professional qualifications from esteemed institutions.
He has more than 25 years of experience in the non-banking financial sector, as a Managing Director of Real Estate & Private Equity Funds at Alpha Asset Management, and he worked as a Planning & Budgeting Manager at the Egyptians for Housing & Development Company.
He also held the position of Equity Analysis Manager at Mubasher Financial Services BSC, and spent more than 12 years in the Research Department at CI Capital Holding Co.
Hamdy holds many professional certificates in Investment Management and Corporate Finance, including CME-5 from the Financial Academy in cooperation with the (CISI) in the UK. He also obtained the Financial Modelling & Valuation Analysis (FMVA) certificate from the Corporate Finance Institute (CFI) and holds a bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Commerce & Business Administration - (English Section) at Helwan University in 1999.
Ahmed has long track record in banking sector with extensive experience for 30 years in corporate banking business in multinational, regional, and local banks, such as BNP Paribas, Union National Bank - Dubai, Arab National Bank (ANB), and Alinma Bank - KSA.
Ahmed obtained numerous professional certificates, including CME-4 and CME-5 from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) and the Credit Course from American University in Cairo (AUC).
He also holds a high diploma in banking studies from Alexandria University and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the Faculty of Commerce at Alexandria University
Mahmoud Kadry graduated from the American University in Cairo in 2018, holding a Bachelor’s in Business Administration specialization in Finance, and Minor in Economics. He have 6 years of professional work experience in which he held positions as credit/financial/insurance analyst.
Mahmoud passed CFA level 1, completed FMVA certificate, completed Investment Foundation Certificate, and completed banking course by Egyptian Banking Institute.
Mr. Khaled Alyami is a dedicated compliance officer with a strong legal background, holding a bachelor’s degree in law from Najran University with honors. He is certified in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRCP) and has earned multiple certifications in financial market regulations, including CME1 and CME2. With hands-on experience in AML and compliance at Esnad Advisory and Bayt Alnomow Capital, he specializes in legal research, contract drafting, financial compliance, and regulatory governance.
His expertise spans anti-money laundering, corporate governance, and ethical business practices, ensuring organizations operate within the highest legal and regulatory standards. Khaled is highly skilled in legal writing, strategic analysis, and professional disclosure, making him a valuable asset in the compliance and financial sectors. Committed to continuous learning and development, he strives to contribute to a more transparent and compliant financial ecosystem while helping businesses navigate complex regulatory frameworks with integrity and professionalism.
Mr. Faisal possesses diverse experiences in various fields, including the sectors of car sales and financing, contracting, and financial analysis in finance field. Thanks to these experiences, he has become a professional in his field.
He holds certifications (CME-1 and CME-4) and a bachelor’s degree in finance and investment from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University.
Bayan Alqahtani is a dedicated professional specializing in Human Resource Management and Investor Relations, with extensive experience across government, private, and non-profit sectors. She began her career at the Ministry of Economy and Planning within the Human Resources Department, then worked as an Administrative Sciences Teacher at Ibn Khaldoun Schools, followed by a role as a Trainer and Administrator at Al-Nahda Charitable Society, where she developed strong leadership and communication skills.
Bayan further expanded her professional experience as a Recruitment Specialist at Alkhaleej Company (Smartlink) before joining Bayt Alnomow Capital, where she currently serves as an Investor Relations Specialist.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Imam Muhammad Bin Saud Islamic University. Bayan is also a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds the CME-1 from the Capital Market Authority. In addition, she completed the English language program at St Giles Brighton Institute in the United Kingdom.
Ms. Faeza Ali has more than 18 years of internationalexperience in sales and marketing, holding a Bachelorof Science in Business Administration majoring inFinance, from New York Institute of Technology. Shehas also earned her master’s degree in BusinessAdministration (MBA) from an Australian university,Chifley Business School.
One of her recent experiences before joining us wasin the oil and gas industry with MAKEEN Energy thatincreased the productivity growth and professionalismbased on European and American standards.
Dhay Alamro is a highly skilled Financial Analysis Specialist with expertise in Asset Management. She holds CME-1 and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Al-Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University.
With her strong academic background and practical experience, Dhay has gained valuable knowledge in areas such as Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority at the Debt Management Department.
